We had an amazing sell out event in 2018 and 2019 increasing from 500 to 750 participants! The feedback was amazing and we're happy to be back hosting in 2020!
A great PB potential 10k course or a challenging 10k military challenge and also supporting the Poppy Appeal!
You can choose to add in a bespoke event t-shirt for £10 (t-shirt profits go to the Poppy Appeal)
All finishers get a fantastically designed finishers medal and of course, cake!
You can also add in your poppy pin badge for £2 and 100% goes to the Poppy appeal.
For those of you who haven't run this race before, it consists of two events. The 'normal' running race and the Military Challenge. The Military Challenge sees the competitor wearing boots and carrying a backpack weighing 36lbs (16.3 kgs) for men and 24lbs (10.9 kgs) for women.
There is no requirement to run the course, walking or 'TABBING' is more than acceptable.
We are asking that anyone entering the Military Challenge raises a minimum of £75 in sponsorship for the Poppy Appeal. We will pass you details onto the Royal British Legion to support you in fundraising.
