We're back!!!! and can't wait to welcome you to the fantastic Normanby Hall Adventure Race 2025 ... for those that joined us in 2024's 'exceptionally wet edition' - well done and how much fun was that :)
Our 2025 event and charity partner The Scunthorpe Samaritans team joined us and supported the event in 2024, we're so happy that they are joining us in 2025!
We're here to help spread awareness about the incredible work they do.
Find out more about the Samaritans here! We love our Scunthorpe Samaritans friends, and were very proud that we get the opportunity to be alongside them :)
Taking place over around 10kms of cross country horse course with water / mud / sand / crawl nets and jumps... lots and lots of jumps (a few cheeky little hills and a swamp!) . Designed for ponies conquered by athletes :)
Everyone gets a cake and a medal, but you choose if you want to add a funky event t-shirt. These are specially designed with a theme for each event and every year is different.
Profits from our clothing sales go to supporting free spots for our charity partners, direct donations or support our free coaching sessions or hiring communities venues to offer back to the running community :) forgot to add when you signed up then add here!
Whether you're in it for the challenge and chasing times, positions or pb's or if you're doing it just for fun with friends, it's the perfect fun filled running adventure :)

Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide. We believe that suicide is preventable.
Samaritans is here for anyone struggling to cope – day or night, 365 days a year. We take action to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping people find ways to cope and learn the skills to be there for others. We campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.
Samaritans is a charity working across the UK and Ireland and we need donations to help fund our life-saving work.
That's why Curlys are partnering up with the Scunthorpe Samaritans. We're hoping to spread awareness about the incredible work they do, fundraise and hopefully reach some people who may be struggling.
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Every seven seconds, we respond to a call for help. No judgement. No pressure. We're here for anyone who needs someone.
You can run for the Samaritans by selecting one of the Samaritans tickets when you sign up. 100% of the entry fee goes to Scunthorpe Samaritans, and you join the 12:00 team wave :)
