Keep active during these strange times, and if you can, help to support our charity friends :)
We've joined up with over 20 of our charity friends!
As with all our virtual events, this is FREE to enter ,and if you wish, you can make a donation to your chosen charity, or do a spot of fundraising. But there is no pressure-we know it's a tough time for a lot of people, so if we're just able to help you and your family get active then that's good enough for us !
The challenge is simple... we want you to LOG YOUR MINUTES for whatever physical activity you choose and you'll join the leaderboard, which will run up until the end of April the 13th.
Please stick to the government advice for exercising and social distancing. Let's make sure we do it responsibly and .... 'if in doubt, don't go out!'
You can do whatever exercise you want and everyday our friends from the Active Fusion charity will give us an activity should you need a bit of inspiration :)
Share your photos to our facebook page, upload your runs/walks/garden activities and let's have a bit of fun :)
Join as a family group or individuals, that's completely up to you!
