Be Better, Not Perfect... as we step into 2026 we may face a bombardment of 'fitness stuff' or pop a bit of pressure on ourselves to 'do stuff' and aim for perfection (whether diet, how we live, exercise etc)
Curlys think you're just great the way you are x (awwww)... but if you fancy getting a bit more active, ticking off some goals or just been a bit better, then that's great. We're here to support and inspire where we can.

The Normanby Hall Adventure Race - 29th March
From the lovely ground of the Normanby Hall Estate in North Lincolnshire.
The event takes place over 5km (yup we've a new 5km version!) and 10kms of cross country horse course.
Designed for ponies conquered by athletes.
Great fun and a rather special day out for athletes!
The BIG Green Scunthorpe 10k - 17th May
And WOW what a first three years we've had!
Join us in 2026 for this all on road, spectator friendly, simply fabulous 10k event right in the heart of Scunthorpe from the incredible Central Park!
The 2025 event had some of the best feedback we have ever had; and had a record breaking amount of runners.
Normanby Hall 3k & 10k - 12th July
Hosted from the Normanby Hall Estate in North Lincolnshire.
The 10k road route heads out through our fantastic local villages, while providing plenty of opportunities for your spectators to cheer you right from the main hall.
Supporting our pollinating friends by giving every runner Bee friendly wildflower seeds!
And there is a 3K event on the day that's open to all, taking place in the grounds of the Hall.

Simple idea, right? But surprisingly difficult in practice!
It’s going to be a fun journey to get there — and by buying this kit, you’ll help us make a start in 'moving with purpose'
When you buy lovely things from us, you’re creating micro-grants that help people get active.
These are focussed on the local area based on where you collect, but the item from or have the item delivered to (delivery options coming soon!)
When you buy something from us, 10% of the price you pay goes directly into our micro-grants. Which we award locally x
We're starting with a specially designed hoodie, a snuggly bobble hat and our snood :)

GUESS WHOS BACK!
JANUARY 7TH WE'RE BACK AT QUIBELL PARK ATHLETICS TRACK - YAY WE HAVE LIGHTS!
Join us for our celebratory return session on Wednesday 7th of January at 17:30-19:30 to talk, walk, jog, run for free at our fabulous venue!
We're then back at Quibell Park every Wednesday 17:30-19:30 and Friday 17:00-19:00.
Funetics for ages 4-11
Funetics is our FREE coached program to introduce junior athletes aged 4-11 to athletics, throwing and jumping.
Based at the fantastic Quibell Park Athletics track in Scunthorpe every Wednesday and Friday. Sponsored by Singleton Birch :)

We have FREE run training taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, suitable for all abilities (if in doubt... just ask, were very friendly :))
