The Hedgehog half 2025
Venue: Normanby Hall Country Park, North Lincolnshire
Date: 12.10.2025
Capacity: 500 and 100 for the hoglet mile!
Distance: 1/2 marathon and hoglet mile!
Start time: 09:00 (hoglet mile 09:30)
Price: £29.50 to £31.50 (£2 discount to UKA) / £6.50 for hoglets
*Includes your parking and entry to the park for the day. Spectators that join you in the same vehicle are also free!
This all on road half marathon see’s runners taking in the very picturesque villages and views of North Lincolnshire.
We know it’s 13.1 miles and will be a challenge, but it's 100% the prettiest half marathon ever (check out some route photos here to see just how pretty it is... with views out to the Humber Bridge and across the river)
The views, your fellow runners and our supporting villagers and team make for a bit of distraction and lot’s of encouragement along the way!
The event has part road closures and part running on quiet country roads.
And of course it’s not called the hedgehog half for no reason!.. we work with the amazing team at Andrews Hedgehog Hospital to help raise awareness of the work they do and of course make sure the charity get’s some much needed money.

Yup, if you can't join us on the day then you can run your 13.1 miles for the Hedgehogs anytime, anywhere.
You'll be supporting Andrews Hedgehog Hospital and still received the awesome medal!

- Add an event t-shirt when you sign up, t-shirt profits go to the hospital.

Looking after our wildlife should start at home. The more we learn about what helps and what damages wildlife the better chance we have of helping our wildlife.

Normanby hall country park
It's our second home and a great venue for events.
Normanby Hall is a stunning Regency mansion, set in an idyllic 300 acre estate in the heart of North Lincolnshire.
There has never been a better time to visit, with the region's first Go Ape, two new playground areas, new membership packages and a programme of events. As well as the Hall, Farming Museum, Gift Shop and Stableyard Café, enjoy historical woodland and a leisurely stroll around the Walled Garden.
